Return and Refund Policy


At Zillycase, customer satisfaction is our priority! As all our products are custom-printed and made-to-order, we have specific policies to ensure fair handling of returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read the guidelines below carefully.


1. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, we only accept returns if:

  • Damaged Product: The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • Printing Error: The print is significantly different from the design shown in the product description.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong product or size compared to your order.

Note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size or color selection mistakes by the customer.
  • Minor color variations between the product and the digital mockup (as screen displays may differ).
  • Used or washed items.

Return Window:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You receive a different product than what you ordered.
  • The item is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking data).

Refund Options:

  1. Replacement: We’ll reprint the correct item and ship it at no extra cost.
  2. Full Refund: Issued back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchange Policy

Since all our products are custom-printed, exchanges are available only in case of damage or incorrect items received. If you need a different size, you must place a new order.


4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund:

  1. Email us at  care@zillycase.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product showing the defect or damage.
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

5. Shipping Issues

If the item is lost or delayed during shipment, we will coordinate with our logistics partners and provide either a refund or replacement after investigation.


6. Cancellations

As the products are custom-made, cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the product enters the production process, it cannot be canceled or changed.
